Legal Docs USA Inc. ("Legal Docs USA," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through legaldocsusainc.com(the "Site"), how we use and share it, and the rights available to you — including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA/CPRA"), and disclosures required under the California Online Privacy Protection Act ("CalOPPA").
Legal Docs USA is a legal document preparation service, not a law firm. Nothing on this Site or in this Privacy Policy is legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship or privilege is created by submitting information to us through the Site or our chat assistant.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identifiers — name, email address, and phone number you provide through our contact form or chat assistant.
- Commercial information— the service(s) you're interested in and details about your request that you share with us.
- Internet or electronic activity— messages you send our AI chat assistant, and standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) collected automatically by our hosting provider's server logs.
We do not knowingly collect Social Security numbers, government ID numbers, financial account numbers, precise geolocation, or other sensitive personal information through the Site. Please don't include this type of information in the contact form or chat.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide the services you request
- To prepare, process, and follow up on document requests
- To communicate with you about your request, including by phone, email, or text
- To improve the Site and our chat assistant
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share personal information only with the following service providers, solely to operate the Site and deliver our services:
- Our database and hosting providers, to store and process your request securely
- Our AI infrastructure providers, to power the site chat assistant that helps answer your questions and route your request to our team
- Law enforcement or other parties, only when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Legal Docs USA, our clients, or others
We have not sold or shared (as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA) any personal information in the preceding 12 months, and we do not have actual knowledge that we sell or share the personal information of California residents under 16 years of age.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, maintain accurate business records, and comply with our legal and tax obligations, after which it is deleted or de-identified.
5. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

- Deletepersonal information we've collected from you, subject to certain legal exceptions

6. Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosures of personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
7. Do Not Track
The Site does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels on the Site.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
